Explore a curated, five-course Orin Swift Wine Dinner at The Clubhouse restaurant at North Palm Beach Country Club March 11 at 6:30 p.m.

The evening begins with a welcome glass of J Vineyards Sparkling Cuvée, opening the night with a lively palate layered with notes of tart pineapple, Asian pear, and honeysuckle. For the first course, delight in the rich lobster ravioli, paired with a Mannequin Chardonnay, California 2021.

The second course features the harvest burrata, paired with a glass of Machete Red, California 2020, featuring notes of cocoa and black licorice. Savor the exquisite local grilled pumpkin swordfish, prepared with sun-dried tomato and herb orzo with salmoriglio, and paired with Papillon Red, Napa Valley 2021. The fourth course presents the pièce de résistance, espresso-crusted venison tenderloin, complemented by an Abstract Red Blend, California 2021. The notes of muddled blueberries and blackberries enhance the richness.

The final course features a decadent desert, Cherry, a chocolate sponge cake with vanilla mousse and cherry compote, paired with Orin Swift’s 8 Years in the Desert, California 2021.
