To celebrate the arrival of fall, 1000 North will roll out a menu of autumnal offerings beginning October 26.

The restaurant’s seasonal appetizers go for the bold. Start your meal with decadent braised short rib risotto ($38), served with farro, Parmesan cheese, and crimini mushrooms.

For the mains, 1000 North has eyes on the sea. Tuck into lobster pasta ($65), a linguine dish with English peas, beech mushrooms, and fines herbes; sea bass and clams ($68) prepared with bacon lardon, shiitake, and miso broth; or Bronzino en papillote ($74), served with fennel, leeks, squash, and lobster cream. The star entrée of the seasonal menu is the 14-ounce, milk-fed Limousin veal chop ($72).

Pair dinner with 1000 North’s fall side dishes: heirloom carrots ($19), made with spiced honey, yogurt, and miso, and roasted mushrooms ($21) served with herbed tahini, whipped feta, and pignolias.

1000 NORTH has also upgraded some of its fan favorites. The hamachi tiradito appetizer ($28) is now complemented with passion fruit, yuzu, Fresno chili pepper, and cilantro, and the grilled market fish entrée is now served with artichoke puree, cauli-walnut relish, and pomegranate.
