
Celebrate the arrival of spring at 1000 North with a duo of floral and herbal cocktails. From March 19 through June 1, sip on the spring libations while enjoying the breeze and waterfront views on the restaurant’s terrace.

The first new addition is the PineApple Bottom Jeans, crafted with IIegal Mezcal Joven, sweet agave, lime, and pineapple juice, all dry-shaken and poured over a large ice cube. The cocktail is topped with an egg white foam, Angostura bitters, and a roasted pineapple wedge.
The herbaceous Whiskey Thyme is made with Chartreuse Green Liqueur, Irish whiskey, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters. The drink is served in a tall glass over ice and garnished with two torched sprigs of thyme for an earthy aroma.
