Blackbird Modern Asian in Jupiter is following up the launch of its never-ending Monday happy hour with the debut of a three-course prix fixe menu in celebration of summer.

Beginning August 1, the prix fixe menu will feature a choice of Executive Chef Tim Nickey’s Pan-Asian-inspired delicacies for $39 per person (excludes tax and gratuity).

Kick the meal off with small plates and dim sum starters, such as short rib and bone marrow dumplings, spicy kung pao calamari, and salmon or Hamachi crispy rice.

For dinner, feast on sweet and sour pork with pork belly, dragon fruit, pineapple, and crispy shallots; dan dan noodles with minced pork and beef, pickled mustard greens, radish, Sichuan peppercorn, and chili oil; and vegetarian chow fun with wide Cantonese rice noodles, shiitake, garlic chive, mushroom soy sauce, and truffle.

For dessert, select among delights by Executive Pastry Chef Denise Elrod’s toasted coconut sundae with coconut gelato, toasted coconut, caramelized peanuts, sesame tuile, miso caramel, and palm sugar whipped cream, or a chocolate mochi banana split with chocolate cake, chocolate mochi, caramelized bananas, strawberries, peanut brittle, and warm dark chocolate sauce.
