SunFest, one of Florida’s largest waterfront music and art festival, returned to West Palm Beach last week, attracting more than 175,000 visitors over the course of the five-day event. Attendees took to Clematis St. to watch performances by Snoop Dogg, Weezer, Blink-182, Dirty Heads and over 40 more artists at the annual event.
Mixed into the musical acts was a variety of live artist demonstrations. More than 60 vendors and interactive art exhibits allowed guests to join in on a creative experience with artists. Amongst the live demonstrations were interactive installations by the Brewhouse Gallery, Phil Fung, Sarah LaPierre and The Arc of Palm Beach County.
SunFest took full advantage of their waterfront location by setting up floating bars in the water adjacent to the festival. Concert-goers and boaters alike enjoyed the three bars’ specialty drinks all week long. Along with the drink options, The Eatery offered guests a variety of cuisine options such as gluten-free pizza, fried rice served in a pineapple and delectable fried pickles.
For those who needed to step away from the action on stage, the ChillZone offered guests a spot to unwind with hammocks in the Eagle Nest Outfitters Lotus Lounge, corn hole and beverages from the Dark House Wine Container Bar.
