Attention Walt Disney World annual pass holders: you can now live at Disney—in luxury.
Four Seasons Private Residences recently unveiled its single-family homes within the Golden Oak residential community at Disney. The homes are custom-built and blend the perks of living at Disney World with the luxurious hotel amenities of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando.
The community will provide residents with the year-round amenities and concierge-style services of Golden Oak, complemented by the a la carte services of the neighboring Four Seasons Resort Orlando.
Staff is available to arrange hotel-living experiences within a resident’s personal home. For an additional fee, the services include resort deliveries to residences, in-residence spa treatments, personal laundry and dry cleaning, towel services and bed linen services. Assistance with private parties, residential maintenance, cleaning and personal shopping are also available.
Features of the Four Seasons Private Residences include a 5-acre water park, a spa, six restaurants and invitations to select resort special events.
Residents also have access to the Tranquillo Golf Club and membership in the Golden Oak Club, which includes access to the private club facility and packages of Disney-designed experiences.
