Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Turns 162

The Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum will host an anniversary celebration in honor of the milestone on July 10.

Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse and Museum will celebrate 162 years of lighting Jupiter Inlet with an Anniversary Day celebration July 10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Jupiter Lighthouse was lit for the first time on July 10, 1860. To mark the occasion, children will receive free admission and enjoy a day of games on the Lighthouse Deck in honor of their favorite landmark. Guests will enjoy anniversary giveaways, photo opportunities, and food trucks dishing out delights like churros and ice cream. Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least four-feet-tall (48 inches) to climb the lighthouse.

Admission for children is free; admission for adults is $12; admission for seniors and veterans is $10; and admission is free for members and active-duty military personnel.
