Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa recently unveiled Latitudes, the resort’s newest dining room open for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner, and late-night bites. Designed by Opal Collection’s team of chefs, the modern American coastal menu at Latitudes features bright flavors, fresh ingredients, and locally inspired dishes. Also opening in May, the resort’s new wellness-focused Beach Market Café will offer an assortment of fresh organic options that guests can order from their mobile phone.
“Latitudes is a fan favorite in our collection, so we expect our fourth and newest location at Jupiter Beach Resort will be very well received by guests,” said Scott Luper, Opal Collection Corporate Director of Food & Beverage. “Latitudes provides relaxed dining with a laidback coastal vibe, while the Beach Market Café will appeal to a those looking for quick, high-quality options.”
The Latitudes menu includes boasts fare such as ahi tuna tacos, tuna poke, and the famous iced shellfish tower with Maine lobster, oysters, gulf coast shrimp, lump crab, Alaskan king crab, and more. Social Hour is available Monday through Friday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., with discounted drinks and savory chef’s bar specials.
To help fuel a fun-filled day for guests, the Beach Market Café will offer a wide variety of organic smoothies, coffees, acai bowls, sandwiches, healthy snacks, wraps, and baked goods. Grab-and-go food and beverage options are also available in a self-serve enclave, or the full menu can be viewed by scanning a QR code located around the property. The Beach Café utilizes the freshest, healthiest ingredients in all their creative and tasty recipes. The Beach Market Café will be open across all meal periods.
